Amani Kibera contribution to Peace building in Kibera has once again been recognized and this time, featured in a book entitled "Peace Building and Conflict Management in Kenya" by Prof. Johannes Michael Nebe (Ed.) from Germany.

New Amani Kibera Community Library opens its door

On the 25th of January 2013 marked the first official day the new community library was open to the community for use after its relocation. At exactly 2.45pm, the guest of honor Mrs. Florence Ndenda cut the reborn to mark the official opening of the community facility for use.
